I had a representaive stop in my dealership and ask if I wanted to sell their warranty's. I thought I would give them a chance and sold a few dozen the first year I was a dealer. Then I had a customer that had an engine problem. Of course it was the
Chrysler/Dodge 2.7 engine. They sent a representative out to look at the engine. The customer had all his receipts on the oil changes along with the previous owner. They wanted to install a used engine with more miles on it until the customer found a remanufatured one for $600.00 more. After a week they decided to go with the remanufactured and the customer agreed to pay $300.00 out of their own pocket. They refused to pay the bill because I didnt sell enough of their warranty's. What the *** did that have to do with this claim. They made me sell 5 more and they still refused to pay. I never sold any more and never will.
